We collect data you provide when submitting a contact form or placing an order: first name, last name, email, phone number, country, website URL, and any notes. Payment data is processed by Stripe. We do not store card details.

3. Why we collect it

To process orders, deliver services, send invoices, respond to enquiries, and comply with UK tax and accounting obligations.

4. Legal basis

Contract performance (order processing), legitimate interests (contact enquiries), and legal obligation (tax records).

5. Retention

Order and billing records are retained for 7 years per HMRC requirements. Contact enquiries not resulting in an order are deleted after 12 months.

6. Third parties

We use Stripe for payment processing (stripe.com/privacy). We do not sell or share personal data for marketing purposes.
