If you request a cancellation before returning the completed project brief, a full refund is issued within 5 business days.
Once you have returned the completed project brief and work has started, refunds are not available.
Partial refunds are not available under standard terms. Contact hello@duckseo.com to discuss exceptional circumstances.
If you believe delivered work materially fails to match the agreed scope, contact hello@duckseo.com with specific reference to the brief and deliverable. We resolve scope disputes through the included revision process.
By completing checkout, you confirm these are digital services and that your right of withdrawal is waived once delivery begins, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Email billing@duckseo.com with your order reference. Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method via Stripe within 5 business days of approval.
