How it works.

Six steps from booking to project close. Predictable, documented, and consistent every time.

The six steps.

01
Book

Choose a service or build a custom package. Pay via Stripe. Your confirmation and project brief template arrive within one business day.

02
Brief

Complete and return the project brief template. Delivery timeline starts from the date we receive your completed brief, not from payment.

03
Scope

For larger projects, we confirm scope is achievable with the information provided. One clarification round before starting.

04
Work

For longer services (link campaigns, content strategies), we send a weekly progress note. Shorter projects are delivered without interruption.

05
Deliver

Deliverables arrive in Google Docs, Sheets, or Slides. Shared directly to your email. Structured for your developer or team to implement.

06
Revise & Close

One revision round included. Request within 5 business days of delivery. Revisions within scope returned in 3 business days. Project then closes.

Process questions.

From the date we receive the completed project brief, not from payment. Booking confirms your slot and locks the price. The brief starts the clock.
Scope changes after booking are treated as separate projects. The original project completes to its original scope.
