These terms govern the relationship between Duck SEO Ltd (Company No. 14892376) and any purchaser of services at duckseo.com.
Duck SEO offers six fixed-scope digital SEO services delivered digitally. Delivery timelines are stated per service and begin from the date the completed project brief is received.
An order is complete when payment is received via Stripe. Confirmation and a project brief template are sent to the email provided at checkout within one business day.
All prices are in GBP and exclude UK VAT (currently 20%). UK VAT-registered businesses will be charged VAT at the applicable rate. Prices are fixed at time of booking.
Each service has a fixed scope as described on the service page. Scope changes after booking require a new order. Scope is confirmed achievable before work starts.
One revision round per project. Revision requests must be submitted within 5 business days of delivery. Scope-compliant revisions are returned within 3 business days.
See the Refund Policy. In summary: refunds are available before the project brief is returned. Once work has started, refunds are not available.
Duck SEO is not liable for ranking changes, algorithm updates, traffic fluctuations, or business outcomes. We deliver the agreed scope of work. Search engine behaviour is outside our control.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
